Please select your primary location, a date and time for your Open Enrollment benefits meeting which will take place "in person" at the location you select.  Central, MT Anderson and Virtual School Program employees should select a phone enrollment to enroll by phone. 

Other district employees who are on a leave of absence or not in attendance on a day their location is scheduled for may select Phone Enrollment under the meeting location dropdown menu.  ALL OTHERS MUST MEET IN PERSON AT THEIR LOCATION. 

IMPORTANT:  if you are planning to add dependents to your coverage then please be sure to have on hand the required supporting documentation - copy of your marriage license if adding a spouse and copies of the long form birth certificate for each child being added.  You will also need SSN's for all dependents.
